What you may and may not generate with this service, how we enforce it, and how to report abuse.

What this policy covers
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, image and generated output that passes through the service. It is part of our Terms of Service. If you disagree with it, do not use the service.
We build generative video tools. That makes misuse a real risk, so the rules below are enforced automatically and without exception.
Prohibited content
You may not use this service to create, upload, request or share:
Sexual content of any kind. No nudity, no sexual or sexually suggestive imagery, no pornographic or erotic content, whether photorealistic or stylised. This service does not offer adult content, in any tier, in any region.
Any sexual content involving minors. This is an absolute prohibition. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and we preserve the associated records for that purpose. There is no warning, no appeal and no exception.
Non-consensual intimate imagery. No sexualised or intimate depiction of a real person who has not consented — this includes "nudify" and face-swap style requests, and applies to public figures exactly as it applies to anyone else.
Real people without consent. Do not generate video portraying an identifiable person in a false or defamatory situation, or implying their endorsement.
Graphic violence and gore, content that promotes self-harm, and content that harasses, threatens or dehumanises people or groups.
Instructions for wrongdoing — weapons, drugs, or any illegal act.
Content that infringes someone else's rights, including copyright, trademark and personality rights.
How we enforce this
Every request is checked before it is generated. Checks run before any work is queued. If a request is refused, no credits are consumed — you are not charged for a blocked request.
Repeated violations suspend your account. Once an account reaches the configured threshold of blocked requests, generation is refused for that account while the record stands.
We keep records of moderation decisions. To handle abuse, respond to legal requests and prevent repeat offenders, we retain details of what was checked, which categories matched and a hash of the request. We do not retain the offending media itself.
We cooperate with law enforcement. Where the law requires it, we report and preserve evidence. This is the one case where our record-keeping overrides a deletion request, and we say so in our Privacy Policy.
We may remove output and terminate access at any time if we believe this policy has been breached.
Reporting abuse
If you see content on this service that violates this policy — or if you believe someone is using the service to harm you — report it through Support in the footer of any page, or from your account's support area. Include the URL or account if you have it.
Reports about intimate imagery and anything involving a minor are treated as urgent and reviewed first.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service and the applicable law change. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
