Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Last updated: 2026-10-17

Introduction

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

  1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
  2. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
  3. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
  4. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
  5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Process transactions and send related confirmations.
  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

  • With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by emailing support@bbywowmaker.online.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete or anonymise it.

Account data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where a legal exception below applies.

Legal exceptions. A small set of records is kept beyond a deletion request where the law requires it:

  • Moderation and safety records — what was checked, which policy categories matched, a confidence score, and a one-way hash of the request. These exist to detect repeat abuse, to stop removed content being recreated, and to answer valid legal requests. For text we may also keep a short excerpt so a decision can be reviewed; for images and video we keep only the hash, never the media.
  • Child safety — where we detect apparent child sexual abuse material, we are legally required to report it to the relevant authorities (in the United States, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and to preserve the associated records. This obligation overrides a deletion request and does not expire.
  • Financial records — orders, payments and invoices are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

These records are never used for advertising or profiling. If we cannot fully honour a deletion request for one of the reasons above, we tell you which one applies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, write to support@bbywowmaker.online or use the contact page.

Third-party processing

To operate the service we send limited data to third-party processors:

  • Video moderation (SeeAPI) — prompts, reference images and the resulting video are sent for automated content checks. SeeAPI does not train on this data, but its default policy has no automatic expiry, so copies may be retained until a deletion request is made.
  • Object storage (Cloudflare R2) — generated media and uploaded reference images are stored in our own bucket so that download links keep working.
  • Model providers — the prompt and reference image are sent to the provider that runs the selected model.

Contact us to request deletion of any of the above.
